CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 274(TRA) was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Adams moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, line 5, include: (5) private means an airport owned and operated by a private individual. Airports owned, operated, or leased by the State of Alaska, a home rule municipality or an unincorporated city or borough, or a political subdivision of the state or local government are considered public airports. Renumber following. Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
